About our practice
Our General Practitioners are committed to providing high quality NHS medical care for individuals and families in a friendly and caring environment.
THE SURGERY IS OPEN!
The following changes to our appointments systems have been undertaken to protect our patients and staff, particularly those most vulnerable, on the guidance of Public Health England and NHS England. We continue to review the situation and will keep our patients updated.
GP appointments - you can book an appointment but will be advised that this may be a telephone consultation. The GP will decide if you need to be brought in to the Surgery to be seen face to face. We will contact you if there is any change in our procedures.
Nurse appointments - we are booking limited nurse appointments depending on urgency. These may be changed to telephone consultations.
If you wish to avoid the surgery, please cancel your appointment by contacting our reception by telephone.
Please DO NOT attend the surgery if you suspect that you may have Coronovirus (COVID-19). This is for the protection of our most vulnerable patients and our staff. We do not have any way of testing for the virus and it could lead to the entire surgery needing to close for full decontamination to be completed.
If you are concerned about Coronovirus, please see the NHS111 page: https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19.
Please continue to cover your mouth when coughing and wash your hands regularly.
The situation is changing rapidly and we will update patients when more information is available. This post was correct as of 13th March 2020.

For up to date information about coronavirus please visit the Department of Health and social care website Department of Health and Social Care If you feel that there is a possibility that you may have coronavirus please DO NOT book an appointment or come to the practice. Please ring 111 for advice.
11.03.2020 - In light of the COVID-19 outbreak it has been agreed that we are going to temporarily suspend the booking of appointments via ONLINE services (NHS app, Systmonline etc). This is in order for us to protect both our patients and staff. Apointments can still be booked via reception by contacting us on 01405 767711.
You can now book and cancel appointments and order repeat prescriptions online. To register for the service you will need to come into the surgery and bring some photographic ID with you such as a passport or driving licence. When you have done this we will provide you with a user name and password. Then you can access the service by going to the following web address: https://systmonline.tpp-uk.com/Login
If you’re a patient at our practice you can now use the new NHS App, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.
You can use the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record and more.
If you already use SystemOnline you can continue to use it. You can use the NHS App as well.
